What are “Vintage Rentals”?

We curate and collect unique one of a kind vintage pieces you wouldn’t find with your typical event rental company. They can range anywhere from a fork,  to 50 year old crockery , to an antique Typewriter … and all come with a warm inviting feeling along with adding an individuality to your event.

What are the cost of the rentals?

When it comes to the cost, there are many variables depending on the event. Take a look at our inventory and decide what you would like to rent, and we can give you some idea of the cost. We also have packages that can be priced dependent on the number of guests for your event. How do I reserve items for my event?

To reserve any of our items, a  50% deposit and $50 refundable damage payment is needed. You may also order items per place setting via our Etsy Shop. The item(s) will be reserved for you on your requested date.

Do you deliver and how far?

We do offer delivery . Each delivery is calculated individually, depending on the distance .

Can I pick up an order?

Sure, depending on your rental order and vehicle of transportation, we would definitely consider a pick up.

What if something gets broken?

Let’s hope for the best but we know that accidents can happen, so please be honest and inform us of any damages or breakages of crockery on return. As Vintage Flicker will need to source vintage items to replace any missing or damaged items, they will be charged at four times the rental charge and will be deducted from the original deposit paid. If a client breaks or damages more than the deposit, then a separate invoice will be sent to cover these costs.

Do you only offer daily rentals?

We are happy to rent any item for as long as you would like, as long as it has no prior engagement.

Can you design our event for us and make it look incredible?

If you need help setting items up, we would be happy too. We offer a free initial consultation and charge $50 an hour to make your event look incredible! If you do decide to have us stage your event, please make your venue aware that we will be setting up sometimes until you walk in the door. You are our priority and it’s going to be spectacular, no matter what.

Can you find it, if I don’t see it?

No problem, we live for the hunt!
